Offering some of the best dining in the Maldives, our menus are modern, light and steeped in the nuances of South Indian cuisine. We also offer contemporary interpretations of other Asian and Mediterranean classics, as well as old favourites like pastas and salads. Our healthful Shambhala Cuisine is always popular.

'Ufaa' Restaurant

The relaxed atmosphere of Ufaa, our main restaurant, belies the sophisticated flavours behind each dish. Dine casually beside the infinity pool and the sea, or eat like a castaway, with meals delivered to your private villa or to your very own private table at the beach. And Faru, our bar, is where to relax with fine wines, tasteful cocktails, healthy juices and light snacks.

Unique among restaurants in the Maldives, the Executive Chef Timothy de Souza draws inspiration from the Malabar Coast’s rich gourmet heritage and local seafood. He also creates modern interpretations of Southeast Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. The kitchen’s tandoor oven allows for fat-free, flavour-rich grilling of meats, vegetables and fish.

With our Shambhala Cuisine, we present health-conscious alternatives at every meal. And three times a week Ufaa offers a set Indian, Thai and Seafood Barbecue dinner menu.

'Faru' Bar

Faru Bar is an easy, foot-in-the-sand Maldives’ resort bar where our artful bartenders put together refreshing cocktails and mocktails. Fine wines, classic cigars and light snacks also feature, alongside some easy beats at sunset.
